Granola Bars
Good for a healthy treat or breakfast on the go.

- 150 grams butter or Vegan Butter
- 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- 250 grams Oats
- 100 grams mixed nuts
- 100 grams Dried cranberries or raisins or any dried fruit
Preheatt oven to 160C/fan 140C/gas 3.
Melt butter and put mixing bowl.
Then add honey, oats, nuts, dried fruit to the bowl and mix together
Use a silicon baking dish or tin (this will need to be greased with butter pre to ingredients being added)
Spread ingredients in a baking dish and cook in the oven for 20 mins or till golden brown.
Take out the oven and let cool for 15 mins before cutting into squares. Let cool completely before storing in airtight container.
